An Old English penny is given to the spectator to hold. It is fully examined and shown to clearly have a portrait of Queen Elizabeth ii on it. It is explained that this coin is very special as it was minted on the very same day JFK was assassinated. The spectator holds the coin tightly in their hand.
Next, a special edition Kennedy silver Dollar is shown and explained that it was minted 50 years to the day from Kennedys' assassination. It is shown and examined both sides and clearly shows the head of JFK printed on it.
The magician holds the Silver Dollar at fingertips and gives a quick wave of his hand. The silver Head of JFK now changes into the copper head of Queen Elizabeth ii. The rest of the coin is still silver…. Only the head has changed.
The spectator now opens their hand to show the copper coin they have been holding the entire time now has a silver JFK face on it where the Queens once was. The "Heads" of the coins have changed places coin a surprising and unique way.
Everything can now again be fully examined.
