Is it really a free choice of any card? Yes!

Are then any forces or equivoque used?
Nope. It really can be any card that they want. No influence of any kind.

Is the deck examinable?
While you can't hand them the deck, Angelo's clever handling allows you to freely show the front and back of the deck before and after the effect.

What is the difficulty level?
There are multiple versions taught for all skill levels. Joshua Jay's handling is definitely the simplest and the best entry point. Angelo's preferred handling is deeply fooling and will stump even magicians who think they have an idea of the method. This one will take some practice, but it's well worth it. It's important to note that all of the variations require decent eyesight. As a reference point, if you can read the markings on a marked deck, your eyesight should be good enough to perform this.
