A red deck and a blue deck are introduced. The red deck is handed out to be shuffled among many spectators while the magician shuffles the blue deck and then shows groups of cards to a spectator who remembers a single card. That spectator then shuffles the blue deck. The red deck is collected and put on top of the box. Another spectator names any number. The magician states that he will make the thought of card vanish from the blue deck and appear in the red deck. The blue deck is dealt through, and impossibly, the thought of the card is gone. The spectator who names the number deals face down to the number they named. Unbelievably, there is a blue card there. The thought of card is named and reveals that the blue card has really appeared at the named location in the other deck.
